L’ incontro di interoperabilità IVOA (Northern Spring) 2026 si terrà presso la Old Tobacco Factory in Strasbourg (France) da lunedì 8 giugno a venerdì 12 giugno 2026 .
L’incontro si svolgerà preferibilmente in presenza , ma con la possibilità di seguire le sessioni principali da remoto (in una soluzione ibrida ). Ciò significa che la partecipazione da remoto consentirà di seguire la sessione plenaria e la sessione parallela principale, eventualmente intervenendo tramite il sistema di chat della videoconferenza. Le sessioni in streaming saranno (per quanto possibile) registrate e rese disponibili per dare a tutti la possibilità di seguire il workshop.
Si prega di tenere presente che il fuso orario della riunione sarà quello della sede, ovvero l’ ora legale dell’Europa centrale (CEST, UTC+2) , con sessioni che inizieranno alle 9:00 CEST e si concluderanno di solito alle 17:30 CEST (tranne il venerdì, quando cercheremo di chiudere la riunione intorno alle 12:30 CEST).
The interoperability program will consist of sessions managed by IVOA Working Groups (WG) and Interest Groups (IG). Closed TCG and Executive meetings are scheduled for Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00 CEST at the Strasbourg Astronomical Observatory. .
Registration (see the corresponding link in the left-hand menu) will close 15 days before the start of the meeting (Friday, May 22, 2026) to allow for local organizational activities to be carried out. Switching between in-person and remote participation will also only be permitted until that same date for similar reasons.
